IAM Air Transport District 142 represents more than 37,000 active and retired members. The organisation is administered from Phoenix but serves a membership distributed across the country.

The challenge

Representing a membership at that scale means holding a great deal of member information and being reachable when it matters. The organisation needed systems that were dependable and properly protected, supported by a team it could actually get hold of.
